Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using VIP Haircut Dubai's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

Services

VIP Haircut Dubai provides premium mobile barbering services across Dubai. We reserve the right to refuse service, modify service offerings, and update pricing at any time.

Booking and Cancellations

• Appointments must be booked in advance via our website or WhatsApp
• Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before the scheduled appointment
• Late cancellations may incur a 50% service fee
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances

Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon service completion
• We accept cash and major credit/debit cards
• Prices are in AED and subject to change without notice
• Travel fees may apply for locations outside standard service areas

Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate booking information and location details
• Ensure a suitable space with good lighting for the service
• Be available at the specified time and location
• Communicate any allergies or skin sensitivities beforehand

Limitation of Liability

VIP Haircut Dubai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
